What Is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, controlled breathing, and meditation. It focuses on cultivating and balancing the body’s life energy called “Qi” to support overall wellness. In a cancer context, Qi Gong offers a safe and adaptable way to improve physical, emotional, and mental health.
