This years purpose
375 camisoles. 31 days. $15,000.
The goal is to raise $15,000 to provide 375 post-mastectomy camisoles, at no cost, to people accessing HopeSpring across the communities we serve.
But 375 isn’t just a number. It represents 375 opportunities to remind someone that they are cared for.
A post-mastectomy camisole can offer comfort during recovery from breast surgery. It can mean one less expense, one less thing to search for, and one small piece of dignity when so much may feel unfamiliar. And sometimes, it can be a beginning.
Someone may come to HopeSpring looking for a camisole and discover cancer-specific counselling, a support group, a wig or head covering, wellness programming, support for family or caregivers, or help navigating community resources through our Cancer Care Concierge.
Or maybe they simply discover someone willing to listen.
One door at HopeSpring can open to an entire community of support.
For those facing it. For those beyond it. For those we carry with us. And for whoever needs hope next.
The Virtual Wall of Hope
Hopetober is about more than fundraising.
It’s about people.
Throughout October, we are building a Virtual Wall of Hope—a place for our community to honour, celebrate, remember and encourage the people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.
IN HONOUR — For someone facing breast cancer today.
IN CELEBRATION — For someone living, thriving or marking a milestone.
IN MEMORY — For someone whose life and love continue to matter.
IN HOPE — For someone beginning their journey, awaiting answers—or whoever needs hope next.
IN GRATITUDE — For a caregiver, healthcare professional, friend or someone who showed up.
