All information shared within counselling sessions, whether verbal or written, is strictly confidential. This confidentiality extends to all communications between the counsellor from the Interfaith Counselling Centre and the individuals seeking support at Hopespring Cancer Support Centre.

Access to members records and personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only, and is used solely for the purpose of providing counselling services. Information is shared among team members on a need-to-know basis, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
4. Members Rights
At Hopespring Cancer Support Centre, individuals have the right to:
- Informed Consent: Members have the right to be informed about the limitations of confidentiality and the procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information.
- Access and Corrections: Members have the right to request access to their personal information and to request corrections to any inaccuracies.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Clients have the right to withdraw their consent for the use and disclosure of their personal information at any time, unless otherwise required by law.
