How can we help?
Booking an appointment or registering for a program?
Please call 519-742-4673, leave a voicemail message, and a member from the HopeSpring team will return your call. We aren't always monitoring the voice mail system, alternatively email us at volunteer@hopespring.ca for registration assistance.

Where is HopeSpring located
HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre is located at 54 Benton Street, Kitchener, ON, within St. Matthew’s Church, an active place of worship. We rent space from the church, and our offices and program areas are in a separate part of the building, completely apart from the main worship space.
All of HopeSpring’s programs and services are non-religious and non-denominational, and we welcome everyone, regardless of faith or background. Our team is here to help you access services in a way that feels safe and supportive. Your comfort and well-being are our top priority.

Where is the drop off location for in-kind donations?
The Courtyard by Marriott, at 50 Benjamin Road, Waterloo, ON have volunteered to be a drop-off site for physical donations. The front desk team are there 24/7 and will happily take in donations, just mention that you are donating to HopeSpring.
